Makes: 1 personal pizza
- 1 whole wheat fajita-sized tortilla
- Pizza sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Assorted fresh veggies
Chop veggies into fine pieces (about the size of the shredded cheese pieces). Mix veggies and cheese together. Spread pizza sauce on tortilla, and sprinkle with the cheese/veggie mixture. Cook in toaster oven or conventional oven at 350°F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
